Week 6 · Reflect & Continue
Review Six Weeks of Consistency
Complete the full routine one more time, then review your six weeks. Look back at Week 1 and, if you took optional photos, compare your Week 1 and Week 6 photos as personal documentation of your routine — not as proof of hair growth.
Decide which habits you will continue, which refresh approach suits your hair, and what schedule you can realistically keep. Six weeks is practice, not a finish line.
Your complete wash-day routine
- 1. Cleanse
- 2. Deep Condition
- 3. Leave-In
- 4. Hydrate
- 5. Seal
- 6. Protect
Gentle scalp massage is part of the routine, not an extra step. Apply a small amount of product to the scalp as directed, then use the pads of your fingertips to massage in small circular motions. Avoid scratching or using your fingernails.
This week's practice
Tap each habit as you practice it. Nothing is required — this is your own record.
Between wash days
Between wash days, refreshing is individual. Some hair likes a light refresh often, other hair rarely needs it. Refresh according to your own hair's needs rather than a fixed schedule.
Liquid
Vital Roots Spray
A lightweight hydration and refresh option for all hair types. Useful for refreshing hair between wash days and for detangling, including children's hair-care routines.
Oil
A Frantastic Naturals oil of your choice
Aloe Moisturizing Oil is an option for dry-feeling scalp and hair that needs additional moisture and soothing-feeling care. Botanical Edge & Scalp Oil is an option for focused care around the scalp and delicate or sparse-looking edges.
Cream / Seal
Leave-In Conditioner or Okra Moisture-Sealing Pomade
Leave-In Conditioner is a lightweight conditioning and moisture option. Okra Moisture-Sealing Pomade is the richer, heavier seal for hair that loses moisture quickly or benefits from a heavier sealing step.
Your routine may be customized based on your hair and scalp-care needs. Product selection and final price may vary.
Whole-person reminder
Healthy routines are practised one choice at a time. Nourishment, hydration, movement and rest can support how you feel while your hair care stays consistent.
Look back at Week 1. What did you notice about your scalp, moisture, softness, manageability, styling and consistency? What changed, and what did you learn about what your own hair needs?
This journey is self-guided and educational. It is cosmetic care only — it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not promise hair growth or results. Experiences vary.
